Following the retirement of our current CEO in April 2022, we are looking for a Chief Executive who will take MGI Worldwide through the next stage of its growth and brand development, ensuring the network delivers great value, responding to the diverse and changing needs of our members across the globe. Reporting to a global board of volunteers from our membership, the CEO will provide leadership to a small, high performing global and regional management team. Representing the organisation globally, they will develop and implement a strategy for MGI Worldwide which will ensure that it continues to deliver for its international membership – which includes many SMEs, family businesses, fast growth enterprises through to multinational subsidiaries and non-profits.

Candidates will be outstanding leaders in organisations of relevant scale and complexity, with the ambition, entrepreneurialism and focus to drive significant growth. Alive to the nuances of working in a genuinely global context, you will bring outstanding influencing and relationship building skills. Dynamic, diplomatic, and engaging, you will be commercially and financially savvy with a strong operational and action orientation. Previous experience in membership or an accounting business is not a prerequisite. Candidates will, however, have a demonstrable affinity for and understanding of the commercial reality of, MGI Worldwide’s membership, many of which are owner-managed SMEs.
