They are now looking for a Director of Property to lead MHA’s strategy and activity for all property management, development and sales in line with the organisation’s values and in pursuit of its mission and vision.

This is an exciting new role which will see this person provide strategic leadership for the review and transformation of the organisation’s land and property portfolio to ensure that it: delivers maximum capital and financial benefits; delivers optimum social and community value and enables efficient delivery of services to meet the needs of customers.

The ideal candidate will bring substantial evidence of working at a senior level of property related project management (private or public). They will have experience of successfully delivering services to stringent financial targets and of doing so in an environment with high standards of governance and accountability. They will also have a strong empathy for MHA values.
