MHA delivers a range of high quality services to over 18,000 individuals, helping reduce loneliness and isolation by creating communities that care.

They are now looking for a Director of Operations to lead MHA’s strategy and activity across all Care Homes, Retirement Living and Live at Home Community Schemes, in line with the organisation’s values and in pursuit of its mission and vision.

This is an exciting new role which will see this person ensure MHA’s key Operations consistently deliver our core offers, clearly defining the role of each function but maximising the benefits for older people of collaboration across services and developing an effective operating model to support those activities. They will future-proof all operational services to meet older people’s needs and aspirations, by ensuring services are fit for purpose, developed and adapted as required, to deliver sustainable financial and quality outcomes.

The ideal candidate will bring evidence of successful leadership and management experience in health or social care at a senior level across multiple sites; experience in dealing with a breadth of external agencies, stakeholders and regulators at a senior level; and a strong empathy for MHA values.
