We are now looking for a new Deputy Head, who will help deliver The Garibaldi School vision to promote the well-being and success of our students through high quality teaching and a personalised approach to learning. The Deputy Head will support the Head Teacher in strategically leading The Garibaldi school from Good to Outstanding and help to develop a ‘Culture of Success’ with staff, students and our wider stakeholders.

The successful candidate will bring significant teaching experience in a secondary school setting, a proven track record of delivering results in senior leadership role and at least 3 years demonstrable impact as a Senior Leader at Assistant Head level or equivalent. They will have high standards and expectations, as well as the ability to think strategically and form good working relationships with students and staff.
