We are seeking a dynamic leader to join the team as our new Executive Director, Finance.  The post-holder is one of five Executive Directors who, with the Chief Executive, will provide collective corporate leadership to the management of the College.  This person will provide leadership in setting the strategic financial direction for the College, as well as to the Finance team and the way in which it operates and delivers its services.

Our ideal candidate will bring experience overseeing finance operations at a senior level, with a proven track record of leading complex organisational transformation and delivering strategic outcomes to drive sustainable growth.  You will be an exceptional leader with demonstrable experience developing high performing teams with varied skillsets, and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues across the organisation, including at the corporate leadership level in making decisions that affect the running of the College.
