We are now seeking to appoint a Pro Vice-Chancellor & Head of College of Westminster Business School to join us on this journey and bring truly inspirational, visionary leadership to a dynamic College. Reporting to the Vice-Chancellor and President, you will drive continued excellence and work in partnership with stakeholders, including colleagues and students, to deliver successful, high quality transformative and inclusive learning and an exceptional experience for all. The Westminster Business School brings together, under one umbrella, academic programmes, research activity and enterprise in Management and Marketing, Finance and Accounting, Applied Management and Organisations, Economy and Society. Established in 1997, our purpose is to transform the prospects of our students by equipping them with the knowledge, skills and mind-set to succeed in management and, through research and knowledge exchange, to positively influence and shape policy and management practice. We are committed to building a Business School that is distinctive, globally-connected, research-engaged and financially strong, and a provider of choice for applied and professionally-accredited management education.

As a member of the University Executive Board, you will join a small team of ambitious leaders driving the University towards a successful future. You will ensure the College provides infrastructure for high performing academic Schools, and the agility to respond to societal needs and a changing higher education landscape, contributing to a focussed, high-performing University.

This position requires an individual passionate about Business and the potential for interdisciplinarity, innovation and connectivity. You will have the courage and conviction to try new initiatives and embrace change, alongside the prudence and reflectiveness to ensure continued sustainability. The University is particularly keen to identify those who will be keen ambassadors for their disciplines as well as the role of education in changing lives and creating meaningful impact.
