Wycliffe College is a 3 to 18 co-ed Day and Boarding school in the Gloucestershire Cotswolds, seeking to appoint an exceptional individual to become our new Director of Finance & Operations.  The position (the 2^nd most senior in the whole organisation) is part of the seven-strong College leadership team.

Working closely with the Head, the Head of the Prep School, and the Council of Trustees, the Director of Finance & Operations will help to develop and execute the College’s strategic vision.  They will have a remit to shape strategy across finance, property and estates, operations (inc. risk and compliance), IT and HR.

The successful candidate will be a strong communicator who is able to drive performance in financial and operational terms, to lead and embrace change, to be capable of conceptual and strategic thinking, and to make decisions in situations involving uncertainty.
