Jennifer joined Saxton Bampfylde as a Researcher in 2023, after completing a degree in Law from the University of Warwick in 2021. Since then, she has worked for an insurance Executive Search firm which was where her interest in headhunting began. Jennifer works across a broad range of sectors at Saxton Bampfylde and brings a passion for increasing diversity and inclusion into workplaces.
