Victoria Goodsman

Victoria started working with Saxton Bampfylde in 1994 as a freelance researcher, becoming a fully-fledged member of the team three years later. Having worked in headhunting since 1986, Victoria brings a wealth of experience to supporting our clients across all sectors, with a particular focus on higher education. Her early career was primarily in European and UK politics. Over the years, Victoria has been research team leader, consultant and higher education practice secretary – working from home, initially in Scotland and more recently in France, where outside work she is Chair of the Friends of Sées Cathedral.
