Saxton Bampfylde is delighted to welcome psychologist Cassandra Woolgar to the firm.
Cassandra joins the consulting team in the role of business psychologist. She will focus on helping clients implement talent strategy programmes through the delivery of leadership development, executive assessment and coaching services.
Cassandra brings a wealth of business psychology and HR consulting experience and has worked with a broad range of corporate clients and NGOs in her previous roles. Her key skills and experience have included helping clients when recruiting internally and externally. This has included identifying the competencies required in roles; assessing candidates’ strengths, weaknesses and fit to specific roles and organisational culture; mentoring and talent development.
Cassandra prefers an evidenced-based approach and describes her work as ‘helping individuals and organisations to get the best out of each other, to reach their potential and to perform highly while maintaining wellbeing’.
Prior to joining the firm, Cassandra held roles at the University of Oxford and local council education departments, and management positions within charities and the NHS. Cassandra holds a BSc (Hons) from the University of Bath and an MSc from Birkbeck, University of London.
