Connie Vincent

Connie is a Consultant in our Social Impact practice. Since joining in 2014, she has worked on more than 200 board and executive level appointments, largely for not-for-profit, arts and culture and education institutions. She is passionate about appointing outstanding leaders into organisations that have a positive impact where it’s needed most in our society, and is experienced in supporting multiple appointments at board and executive level.
As the firm’s former Head of Research, she believes in the power of rigorous research to support organisations to increase the strength and diversity of their boards and leadership teams. Connie read Italian at UCL and spent a year studying at Università per Stranieri di Siena.
