Siân Brown

Siân Brown joined Saxton Bampfylde in 2018 as a member of the consulting team. She joined from a leading global executive search firm based in the company’s London office where she was a member of the CEO & Board Practice with a focus on main Board and Executive appointments across a wide variety of sectors, including consumer & retail, industry and technology. Since joining Saxton Bampfylde, Siân spent a year as Chief of Staff to the company Executive Chair. Today, Sian works advising leaders of organisations to appoint Board and Executive Committee members across a range of major private, public and non-profit organisations. Siân is a key member of our Board Practice and brings experience in conducting Board Effectiveness Reviews. Siân splits her time between Edinburgh and London. She holds an MA (Hons) in History of Art from the University of St Andrews.
