Ed has worked in executive search since 2005, leads our arts and culture practice and chairs the international Panorama arts & culture practice group. He has worked on the majority of our senior executive and non-executive appointments across the arts, culture and heritage sectors both in the UK and internationally. This work has included the appointment of the leaders of some of the world’s most exciting and impactful museums, galleries, theatres, festivals, performing arts, visual arts and education organisations. Ed sits on the advisory council of the Polka Theatre, one of the UK’s leading children’s theatres. He has a BA in Sociology from the University of Leeds and an MA from University College London.
