Laura Cecil

Laura is an Associate Consultant in Saxton Bampfylde’s Social Impact practice, working on executive and trustee appointments to not-for-profit organisations. Prior to this, Laura supported our Health practice on senior executive and non-executive appointments across the health and care spectrum. Laura initially joined Saxton Bampfylde’s research team in 2021, having previously spent seven and a half years at an executive search firm specialising in senior corporate affairs appointments across sectors in the UK and internationally. There, she developed a particular interest in internal communications and sustainability, and in the critical role the communications function has to play as a driver of business performance. She really enjoys leveraging this experience in a wider leadership context. Laura graduated from the University of Edinburgh with an MA (Hons) in History.
