Ginny Jones

Ginny is an Associate Consultant in our Commercial and Built Environment practices. She joined Saxton Bampfylde over 20 years ago, having previously been an Executive Assistant with Andersen, and then Deloitte. During her time here,  Ginny has co-led both the project co-ordination and research teams, been a dedicated support for business development, and spent several months on secondment with our partner office in Wellington, New Zealand.  Having completed over 150 research assignments with a particular focus on appointing HRDs, she moved to her current role at the end of 2021.

Ginny volunteers for the OnBoard Mentoring scheme, encouraging diverse talent on to non-executive Boards and enjoys supporting Alopecia UK with various ad hoc resourcing needs.
