Ginny Jones Consultant

Ginny is a Consultant at Saxton Bampfylde, where she has built her career since joining from Deloitte in the early 2000s. Over that time she has worked across the firm’s functions, building a deep understanding of both the search process and the organisations it serves.

Her experience spans leading the PCT, delivering numerous assignments as a researcher, and recruiting many colleagues, as Head of Research. A secondment with the firm’s partner office in Wellington remains a particular highlight. She is now a Consultant leading our HR Practice and is Team Leader for the Associate Consultant group.

Ginny’s work is motivated by a genuine enjoyment of people. With a cross-sector track record, she has developed insight into a wide range of organisations and the leaders who shape them. She is especially interested in the diversity of leadership styles she encounters, and by the opportunity to support senior hires at moments that often carry both significant pressure and possibility. Ginny is particularly drawn to people-led businesses, including founder, family and employee-owned organisations.
