Eva has over 25 years’ experience as a business and leadership consultant, coaching and advising senior individuals and teams across the commercial and public sectors including the NHS.
Eva’s expertise is in individual and team effectiveness at the most senior level. She acts as a business confidante to Chairs and Chief Executives, providing advice and candid feedback based on observation of them and their team: a constructive and critical friend.
Eva started her career in investment banking before moving into leadership consulting with a strong focus on sustainable business transformation. She most recently established Weva to focus on her particular interest in board and executive level support and advice in three main areas: board effectiveness, coaching for leaders and executive team development.
