Christabel Ajediti Co-Head of Research
Christabel is Co-Head of Research, leading and developing our high-performing research team. She joined the firm in 2022, bringing a deep commitment to diversity and inclusion in executive search.
Christabel plays a key role in the firm’s DEI Committee, helping to drive important diversity initiatives across the firm. She works across a broad range of sectors including social impact, health and education, as well as championing our Board appointments across all practices.
Alongside her role, Christabel serves as a Trustee on the Board. She champions the firm’s inclusive culture and represents the collective interests of all employees. She holds a degree in English from the University of Cambridge.
